We started flying with Surface Treatment in the beginning at 2004 and in 2015 we have opened our wings towards Machining. Now we are successfully flying toward

We are expertise in heavy CNC machining for Wind turbine castings from 1MT to 20MT in a single component. And we are also a manufacturer of Heavy fabricated structures and frames as per customer requirements and specifications. Blasto Metal is specialized in surface preparations and coatings. We are also equipped with in-house CMM facility.

Our Fabrication unit is ISO 3834-2:2005 certified and equipped with Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW) or Stick welding, Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW) or Metal Inert Gas (MIG) and Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW) or Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) welding processes for Indian Railway applications and other Industrial Components.

Since 2003

Where We Started

Since 2003, the year we started functioning, we have grown multi fold, catering to the requirements of various customers like, M/S Vestas, Wheels India, Gamesa and suzlon. Of late we have established a full fledged machining, blasting and painting facility at sriperumpudur near Chennai, with a total covered floor area of 25000 square feet, an integral facility for machining, blasting & painting of wind mill components.

Our Achievement

We are an ISO 9001-2015 Certified manufacturing facility. We are the only few suppliers who are qualified for machining & surface treatment of Vestas wind mill components like Main frame, Hub and Bearing Housings. The main frame supplied by us to M/S Vestas got successfully assembled. Got qualified by M/S SE Forge and Gamesa also.
